Ok all you phlegmers! Do you hate it when you have snot dripping down the back of your throat? Are you consistently clearing your throat? If you are I would suggest seeing your doctor to rule out any medical issues like allergies or reflux. However, if you are just a mucousy person then this product should be something for you to consider. I don’t use this as a sinus rinse, but myself and clients have found immense relief by gargling right before I do any vocals!
